I’ve spent the last two hours attempting to clear my throat for just long enough to fall asleep in a chair. It hasn’t worked. Three hours hence, I have to be at my oncologist’s office for my periodic labs and checkup. I am tired of this. Dead tired. Will this ever end?

Bev, I have tried Mucinex. It may have helped a bit, but not much. Thanks for the suggestion, though!
Have you tried Mucinex (Guaifenesin). Some people with excess mucus from autoimmune disorders find it helpful to reduce the amount of stuff that makes them congested, choking, etc. Would need to check drug interactions, etc… of course.
I will give it a shot, David. Thanks!
Get on Amazon. But a couple of bottles of Boost Oxygen. It’s easy to use and often used by high school athletes. A few breaths staight from the bottle (it has a nose/mouth cover cone and a fool-proof trigger) and you WILL feel better.
