Sorry to be the proverbial wet blanket here, but don’t forget to bury a statue of St.Joseph in the front yard — upside down, with feet facing heaven. That almost always guarantees a miraculous home sale. Remember, too, the cinnamon smell in the house, and if you have a bigger than normal garden in the backyard, call it something like “the Panama Garden,” or something like that. 😉
