Another year’s gone by since my Dad’s last birthday. When I look in the mirror, I see traces of him. There’s more resemblance than I thought there was when I was younger. He was a bigger man than I am, taller and stronger and better looking, but I see him in the mirror. As the years go by, I think we’re a lot more alike than I once thought. Maybe I’m getting to be more like him every day.
Happy Birthday, Dad! It’s hard to believe he’s been gone almost 30 years.
