One Hundred Sixty-Four

I am pleased that I’m able to complain about the pain in my knees and my wrists, but I’m not happy that I have pain in my knees and my wrists.  Appreciating the little things requires tolerance of the little things, and even the big things.

    Your pleasure is based on the biggest thing. Close friend just informed me he lost a dear colleague suddenly to a pulmonary embolism. Take joy in your ability to feel that joint pain, JS. Then eat a bowl of tart cherries…it helps.
