All right, then, let’s see if I’m able to successfully create a forum. If so, we (whoever “we” are) will discuss likes and dislikes about wine. As for me, I am a fan of dry wines, both red and white. I tend to favor one white in particular, Sauvignon Blanc, and one source of SB in particular, New Zealand. Once I’ve identified a wine as a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, I look for the lowest price. Though I’ve on rare occasions found a less than stellar cheap New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, I’ve been able to overlook the faults due to its price. For reds, I go for several, but particularly enjoy Malbec (preferably inexpensive Argentine versions), Cabernet Sauvignon (preferably decent but inexpensive California/Oregon/ Washington wines), Pinot Noir, Shiraz/Syrah, Merlot, Grenache, and Tempranillo. My expertise in wines is equivalent to my expertise in Mandarin Chinese oratory; the difference is that I enjoy the wines. Your turn.
