If I could go back to my twentieth birthday, I would have a full-frontal photo(fully clothed) of me taken, along with a full-body profile. Then, each year on the same day, I would repeat the process. The photos would be put onto a large board that would be prominently displayed on my living room wall. My rationale? Such photographic reminders would spur a more active, health-focused lifestyle. Maybe it would work, even now.

Makes me wish I had just photographed my face every year on my birthday. It would reveal stories that I hardly ever tell myself. Aging is a fascinating process.
