October 14: Thoughts for the Day

The fact that our lives are subatomic in duration and scope in comparison to geologic time is immaterial.  Every life we touch during our short time on this planet is as important in our abbreviated time scale as is the creation of galaxies in a longer view.

    And not only that, but we are part of that unimaginably huge universe and always will be. Nothing is ever lost, not even our silly little cells.
