Yesterday afternoon, I went for a fairly long walk. Much of the snow and ice on the roads (except for one) near our house had melted. What was left was slippery only in a few spots. Though I slipped a few times, I was able to stay upright. But I coughed and wheezed for an hour or more after I got home, thanks to a horrendous nasal drip and being badly out of shape. Focus. On. Getting/Staying. Healthy.

I don’t know if you have discovered the wonder of the Neti pot, John. But I bet your lungs will thank you as profusely as mine did me if you give it a try. I’ve also discovered that Mucinex works wonders in clearing up that nasal dripping.
Keep walking!
