Explore the flavors of foods, even unappealing foods. If you give  yourself enough time to relish the experience of flavors, you will find yourself drawn to subtle differences in tastes and textures. Foods once dismissed as off-putting or bland will take on an entirely different characteristic. If that be error, and upon me proved, I never ate, nor no man ever, either.
