Insomnia, Revisited

It’s 3:32 a.m. on Saturday morning.  I’ve been up since 3:02 a.m. My hopes of getting back to sleep have dimmed to the extent that I’ve finally made coffee and am prepared to face the fact that I’m up for the day.

Have you ever eaten a pimento-stuffed green olive at 3:15 a.m. and followed it with a sip of coffee? Well, as of this morning, I can say I have.  I suspect that’s something relatively few people can legitimately claim. I always knew I would be an adventurer some day.

Well, enough of this chit-chat.  Time for me to get down to something less productive, like sitting out on the deck, listening to what there is to listen to.

Yes, must agree 3:15 AM is kind of a nowhere hour. Now, if you can make it till 4:00, there’s some rhyme and reason! Ha! Good luck, John!

  2. John Swinburn says:

I hope not, Trisha! I like getting up early, but this is a bit much! My new rhythm method…;-)

  3. Trisha says:

John, just a thought, but maybe you don’t have insomnia? Could this perhaps be your new rhythm??

I wish you would tell me what you think about this post...
